有關於下胸 - 健身

小弟之在學校健身,
現在畢業後,就都在家裡面健身,
現在有的器材有:20磅啞鈴兩支、滾輪、抗力球
之前練下胸有斜板可以練,但家裡沒有斜板
請問我有什麼方法可以練下胸嗎?
