早餐:
早餐店肉排土司不加蛋(膽固醇太高 已不吃蛋黃很久)
午餐:
自助餐 一白斬雞肉 一豆干 一青菜 白飯小
晚餐:
不一定,大概平常約一個三寶飯左右
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:每天約十二點左右睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
目前是一星期打一次籃球,可是沒有衡心跳數>"<
每天有空的話會做五十下仰臥起坐
我的問題:
我好像還沒看過哪個人的身高體重與我類似 體脂率可以像我這樣的
曾經我體重很輕 高三 167.5/53 大一 168/55 研一 169/58(體重再輕,我也是四肢瘦,身體有肉)
現在體重直線上升(會露出來的四肢仍瘦,其餘就胖了>"<)
跟膽固醇太高有關嗎?話說我大一時體檢膽固醇就爆炸了 當時體重才55
希望我能減肥成功 減肥最重要的應該是毅力 恰巧我沒有
