減重辛酸史:
回想去年三月,再度拿起當初減重的紀錄本.
看那殘忍的體重跟可怕的三圍!(還好胸圍是開心的,可是後來發現那其實是肥)
終於決心要減肥的我,毅然決然地開始給自己一套卡洛里標準,
到第三個月開始甚至給自己一套『自殺式減肥法』!
當然這其中有些是好方法,有些則不能學,下面將仔細地介紹給大家當參考囉。
計畫如下:
1.每天熱量攝取絕對不超過五百卡,否則隔天禁食。
(最錯誤的示範,大約三個月我的頭髮,就像是做過化療一般狂掉。)
2.不吃任何蛋糕;不喝任何含糖飲料。
(塑身固然重要,但是身體還是需要糖分,有時少量糖份可以讓心情變好,也更有動力!)
3.吃菜過熱水去油。
(不得不說外食族的食物有些真的太油,如果時間許可不妨買菜回家汆燙加和風醬
也是不錯的選擇!畢竟身體是需要油脂的,這樣皮膚才會有彈性且光滑唷!)
4.每天做無氧運動至少一個小時。
(其實少吃多動真的是我減肥得到最佳的啟示,每天累積一些些運動的習慣
,久而久之不動反而覺得不自在呢!)
5.每天睡覺前一定要擦按摩霜至少半小時。
(睡前給自己一個疼愛自己的時間,讓自己全身放鬆,即便沒有達到塑身效果,
也對水腫的美眉有很大的幫助!)
6.早餐:無糖豆漿200ml + 香蕉一根(約150卡)
午餐:沖泡式義大利麵一杯(約155卡)
晚餐:即溶式熱湯 + 寶寶磨牙米餅或是水果/蔬菜一份(約60-100卡)
(說到這個更是不能學的壞榜樣了,每天只有這樣養分,明顯缺少
蛋、奶、肉,怎麼會健康呢?這樣確實掉了很多『營養』,而非健康的減重。
切記身體的健康可是買不回來的!)
7.外食的時候只吃三分之一份
(出門吃飯的約盡可能約在中午時段,這樣一來還有大半天的時間可以消耗熱量。
其實不要在晚餐時間吃太多,有時候對自己好一點是不錯的!)
8.蜂蜜水斷食法
(吃力又不討好的減肥方式,傷身又傷心,第三天覺得自己都快暈倒了,
千萬不要以身試『法』!)
9.早上起床喝500ml的溫水,一天當中在喝下至少2000ml的溫水。
(人體所需的水分很多,不要以為喝水會水腫唷!有足夠的水分才能代謝身體
囤積的鹽跟鈉,愛美的美眉要多喝水,而且是溫水唷!)
10.過五點絕對不進食
(消夜是健康的大忌,如果餓了喝杯無糖熱豆漿或低脂牛奶吧!)
現在55公斤的我,每天大約攝取1200-1500卡洛里的食物,上述對身體有
益的方法我仍然保持,至於一些對身體有害的方法,水美眉們就別輕易嘗試了!
總之,少吃多動是不二法門唷!
