板上朋友給的資訊 很有用
這個星期來 減了1.5kg
而且感覺不餓 不會有飢餓感
就是把澱粉跟肉類分開
其實我本來就不愛吃肉
所以這星期沒什麼吃肉
大概就是餓了就吃
麵加燙青菜 青菜可以自由選擇
我通常都加很多 比麵還多
然後加日式醬油 加醋 加辣椒
滿滿一大碗 全部吃完很飽
甚至可以抵二餐
然後中間餓的時候吃西瓜 一片就很有飽足感
如果餓的話 就吃豆腐
有時候嘴饞時我有吃塊麵包
以前很愛喝飲料 現在改喝無糖烏龍茶或開水
完全沒痛苦 沒有挨餓的感覺
如果想要小幅度減肥 可以這樣吃啦~~~~
