以前可能是因為太胖了(158cm 68kg)
放一張很肥的照片給大家笑一笑~(旁邊是哥哥 不是男友~淚...)

所以一直覺得自己腿是直的
因為小腿都和大腿一樣粗嘛~XDDDD
可是現在慢慢減下來之後 發現我的腳不是直的耶!!!!
是短短的棒棒腿--大腿很肥 小腿有點瘦又外擴那種

所以我為了讓大腿瘦一點 每天都會騎一個小時的x-bike
希望有氧瘦全身 可以順便瘦到我要的腿
但是成效不彰呀...脂肪有降 但是腿型依舊
我男友說這是我天生骨架的問題+走路姿勢不ok
所以沒得救了 T__T
雖然現在我很喜歡自己的小腿(只露出小腿時~)

不過只要帶著大腿一起出遊...就整個很醜 >____<
不曉得整骨有沒有用?? 我好想去台中大家說的那一間
還是多拉筋呢?
我很愛拉筋 可是之前跳啦啦隊傷過膝蓋 所以不是很敢過度拉筋....
我看我要來組個棒棒腿俱樂部了...囧
請各位高手教個幾招吧!!!!!
