自從結婚(大約快一年半)就搬到對岸陪老公
沒工作 剩下的日子我就是去健身房運動(一周至少3次)
每周固定和台媽1-2次吃飯 喝下午茶
但是我的體型有變寬厚 (某些洋裝拉鍊拉不起來了)
我心情很差....
每次返台的心情和我先生完全不一樣
因為每次都會被我父母 聚會的朋友說變胖 每次都說我是不是懷孕了..
昨天我媽拉著我爸 批評我的大腿很厚 還有我的小腹
我的胸部也變很大...
一直說我都不運動才會這樣,
我整個快崩潰了.....你以為我想變胖嗎????
回台的日子很想吃到台灣的鹽酥雞 麵線 珍珠奶茶
但是被這樣打擊...我不想吃了 好傷心....
我在大陸一個人在家 頂多煮個冬粉加些青菜打個蛋
為什麼還會變胖呢?
去年12月去婦產科檢查(我的月經自從去大陸後 月經量本來很多到現在一天可能幾滴
但是週期都很規律 準時)
從內診超音波檢查沒事 再來檢查血液
才知道我的雌激素 雌二醇過低 數值為9 想要懷孕可能一年內都懷不了
看了兩家醫師 都說要懷孕很難 到第三家(老媽最相信的那家)
醫生說年輕人多做就行了 那些數值不用去在意 老媽放心後就不了了之了
我的壓力 很大就是因為被嫌胖又被說不趕快懷孕....
這個月月經已經延遲10多天了還沒來
真的很想哭......
老公知道我很care這些,叫我可以不用理他們..但是好難..
我一直被變胖和懷孕搞的壓力很大
真的很想把吃的東西都通通吐出來....
我常常一天跳一堂有氧 一天做一堂瑜珈
在家看電視也會搖呼拉圈
每周有兩個晚上補日文
我一直在找事情做但是就是莫名的焦慮
常常一整個下午在做吐司 麵包 (老媽嚴重懷疑我把麵包給全吃了.殊不知我才吃一口XD)
只要一空閒下來心情就會很失落
到晚上老公都睡著了 我還一直睡不著
前陣子還滿臉的痘痘...(我以為是水土不服)
今天去看中醫了, 著實把我給嚇到了...
用電子磅秤 我的體脂率高達42% 肝脂肪7%
我想先搭配中藥 運動 節食
希望兩個月後回台檢查 我的體重可以下降 哭....
