前天晚上我去上瑜珈課時 老師剛好有教一招
她說可以避免屁屁 骨盆向外發展
(不確定能不能使外擴的回復原狀 因為做得好累 聽不清楚了:D)
1.坐在地上 兩腳向前伸直並攏
2.將右腳盤起來 但要放到左腳外面去 兩腳膝蓋對在一起
3.手向上伸 然後往腳尖方向壓
4.膝蓋要保持伸直狀態 左腳背也要用力弓
5.保持姿勢約十秒後換腳
可以試試~
至少預防持續外擴 Q Q
