十幾年沒做過伏地挺身
(其實十幾年前也做沒幾次)
我體重68kg 177 體脂肪23%
從一個半月前一口氣只能做7~8下左右
練到現在是二十五下(我指一口氣不要停)
這樣好像超弱的樣子
努力做了一個半月 極限竟然才25下
我胸肌感覺沒什麼酸 幾乎都是兩個手臂發軟
一般68公斤的人有像我這麼弱雞的嗎
我記得我國中時 一口氣做三四十下沒問題耶
