三餐內容
早餐:
餐點(1);饅頭夾荷包蛋+羊奶(150cc)
餐點(2):饅頭加花生果醬+水煮蛋+羊奶(150cc)
午餐:
餐點:地瓜+三菜一湯(學校營養午餐,本人不喜歡吃米飯,用地瓜替代)
晚餐:
餐點:花野菜+四季豆+高麗菜+雞胸肉(皆水煮)
其他:每日都會吃水果,都以香蕉、芭樂、蘋果與葡萄這幾樣水果替換,三餐飯後皆會泡
茶喝(無糖),本身不喜歡喝飲料
日常作息時間:23點30左右睡覺、0700起床
生活型態:教職員
運動習慣:
唸書時擔任四年的田徑、拔河校隊所以運動量很大,工作後運動量遞減,又
吃太多導致2年的時間從68公斤胖胖胖到83公斤。
運動時間/頻率:
週一~週四1700-1750(慢慢跑)
我的問題:
去年退午後,體重瘦到75公斤,但過了一年瞬間胖到83公斤,近期因為身體
健康的關係(痛風跟膝蓋)一直想減肥,再加上暑假要辦同學會,不想太誇張
,但是怎麼減體重都在80-85間來來回回,不知是不是運動量太少的關係,
還是.....,請大家幫我看一下菜單跟運動形式。謝謝....
