我的減重菜單~~ - 健身

我是女生,
身高是167
體重63
我是屬於酪梨形身材的女生~~
就是下半身(臀部跟大腿)看起來都比較壯
因為嘴饞所以一直瘦不下來~~泣
所以想要在兩個月瘦到56
拜託各位幫我檢查一下我的菜單
有沒有及格
早餐:無糖豆漿+小籠包4顆(裡面都是包大白菜)
午餐:牛肉麵或是香菇雞飯+水果(蘋果一顆或鳳梨1/4顆)
晚餐:一顆蘋果+一包蘇打餅(一包兩片)+一大盤青菜(炒或水煮)+水煮蛋
每天踩空中腳踏車一百下~
一個禮拜兩次慢跑,一次三十分鐘
想請問各位大大
這樣的菜單 跟 一周的運動量
有可能2個月瘦7公斤嗎?
麻煩幫我看一下^^謝謝~~~
