目前身高167.4 cm 體重52kg
目標體重是:46kg
不滿意的地方:屁股、大腿
我是學校的住宿生,飲食方面是靠外食
運動方面:每天晚上走兩公里慢跑兩公里
睡前提臀瑜珈、抬腿 至少一小時
飲食方面(每日):
五榖類:桂格紅麴納豆麥片手抓一把
青菜類:燙青菜 小盒子裝滿 配少許醬油
蛋豆魚肉類:魚湯
水果類:一天一顆蘋果
奶類:奶粉 or 阿華田馬克杯一杯
營養食品:安立綜合維他命+唐辛子(正在尋找)
輔助用品:360丹提臀褲、420丹消羅蔔腿襪
希望最慢可以在明年三月前達成目標,且健康不復胖。
請問還欠缺什麼?^ ^
(例如跑太少 運動不足 吃太多 之類的)
