我的澱粉攝取是否太少 - 健身

我每日菜單如下
早餐: 兩片全麥吐司+康寶果醬(約20g)+無糖豆漿(350 cc)+兩大匙大燕麥
午餐: 一份冬粉(43g)+紅蘿蔔(60g)+大黃瓜(1/5條)+洋蔥(1/2顆)+大香菇(3顆)
+青菜(0.6把 我是3把分成5天份)+雞蛋+豬腰內肉(120g~160g)+牛番茄(100g)
<以上食物分幾批用電鍋煮
沒選雞胸肉是因為吃膩了 豬腰內肉低脂 也比較好吃>
午茶: 自己泡拿鐵喝 約有300cc的低脂鮮奶
晚餐: 不忌口吃外面 但不吃炸類
吃飯類的話會吃一大碗飯 吃麵的話通常都會加麵
飲料: 晚餐過後自己泡茶+低脂鮮奶(100cc)
運動習慣: 每天重訓+有氧 共2hr
運動後會再喝1杯乳清
有時候晚上回家肚子餓會吃根香蕉 或吃全麥吐司
我的問題是 我幾乎沒擔心過我熱量攝取不足的問題 <原po 172cm/76kg>
但最近有點擔心我的澱粉類攝取不夠
我的澱粉來源主要是
早餐: 兩片全麥吐司
午餐: 一份冬粉(43g 153大卡)
晚餐: 一大碗的飯或麵
冬粉其成份為綠豆澱粉或馬鈴薯澱粉 但相較於米飯似乎提供的澱粉量較低
所以想請問一下 我這樣一天攝取的澱粉量足夠嗎?
如果不夠我可能就要冬粉換掉了
當初選用冬粉而非麵條的主因是
1. 冬粉較易熟
2. 因器具為電鍋 麵條根據以往經驗 如果沒能一直攪拌 用電鍋煮的話會容易黏在一起
3. 麵條價格較高
