體脂率:30->27%
我不是來問減重的,
日前搭康是美順風車, 靠X-Bike減了2kg(2個月),飲食正常,
但其實想減的不是體重是下半身,
我的身材比例很怪32C/26/35吋, 大腿圍55cm!! 兩個月來完全沒變過!
褲子都得買L以上, 這樣坐下腿才不會太緊繃,
但是腰部卻會很鬆, 一定要靠皮帶狠勒著,
置底文有看過, 先胖先瘦哪裡是基因注定的,
繼續持續運動腿圍是否終有一天會降下去?只是再瘦下去BMI就要低於18.5囉,
除了手術外,怎麼才能解決買不到合適褲子穿的困擾勒?
