假如
我目前100公斤
體脂率 30趴
也就是說我 體重有30公斤是脂肪
如果我想降到 20趴
就是100X0.7=70 去掉體脂肪的重量
再加回去20%的體脂肪 70/(1-0.20)=88.8公斤
也就是說我減到88.8公斤時 體脂肪就會回到20啪 這樣子對嗎
