早餐很重要 大家都知道
可是每次時間一趕 可能一個御飯糰就解決= =
最近有點想改變做法
早餐 想買便當來吃
那家是素食便當 飯是五榖飯 加上幾樣燙蔬菜 還蠻養生的
然後中午可能就改吃少一點 就是原本早午餐的量對調
這樣會不會對精神狀況比較好
還是各位覺得這樣太突兀了
各位認為一個活力的早餐 大概要怎樣配比較好呢!!?
