推文已經很多建議了
不過我以前出去玩的時候大概都是邊看著電視邊:
暖身(公園大眾操style) (好處是可以繼續看電視 因為都是站著的動作)
伏地挺身 (廣告時間專用)
腹部/核心運動 (ex: 電腦人之類的動作 位子選得對電視依舊看得到)
靠牆倒立 (依舊看得到電視! 只是是倒過來的XD)
*進階一點的話: 靠牆倒立的伏地挺身 做個10下就會很爽了

最後是拉筋 很多動作都還是看得到電視哦 XD

我知道原 po 是指有氧...不過你出去玩走很多 已經有動到了
我想是不必勉強一定要再路跑
倒是晚上有點時間練一下肌力跟拉拉筋舒展筋骨比較好吧 ^^
