徵求也在努力中的人的whatsapp,希望可以互相加油打氣啦。
目前採取的方式是運動和健康飲食,有其他方式也歡迎討論。
可是可是,如果要買產品或是買器材就不用了,謝謝。 :P

不管是要瘦腰/臀/腿/頭或是手指頭(誤) 都可以的
