跑步減去體脂肪的問題 - 健身

目前有在健身房訓練,
目標是減去腹部脂肪,訓練出腹肌(只要結實有4塊就好)
從12月1號就開始做跑步訓練,
1週最少跑4次,同時有做腹肌的肌力訓練,
(滾輪,電腦人運動)
到目前為止肚子脂肪還是有,但是有減少體重,
跑步機一次都跑60分,速度12,
但是最近使用跑步機的人變多,
所以我變成分30分鐘跑一輪,跑兩輪60分鐘,
這樣對減脂會有影響嗎?
我還需要做什麼運動來減少復部脂肪嗎?
請教各位大大~謝謝大家幫忙!
