我整整有一個月沒上健身房了,偶而在家會練習胸腹肌,不過運動量遠少於之前
但是飲食還是有遵守版娘的建議
昨天用InBody量測時有點驚訝,因為結果約略等同於我有在運動時期的變化速度,
我在想大約會把體重目標訂在 70kg,所以推估體脂肪大約會減去3kg,體脂肪率
約為15.6左右。
我想請教的是,如果我希望 體重維持在70kg,但是體脂肪率能再下降到12%左右,
我的流程該如何調整?
是先加強有氧把脂肪降低,再靠重訓和增重提升肌肉量?
還是有其他方法,能讓脂肪轉化為肌肉 (對不起,我外行,不過似乎沒聽說可以這樣?)
