今天剛健檢的數據,
男/170.4/64.3
初次在這裡發文,大家好。
最近迷上跳繩的減脂,
我的方法是1-2秒一下(沒辦法算的很精準,大約),
然後持續一直跳一個小時,
當然每回合大約撐10-50下就卡到線了,然後立馬重開始,
整個過程是輕鬆的,還會搭配電視,不無聊。
摸著自己的心跳,也是有感覺到心跳加快,
感覺這樣應該是有減脂效果的,
想請這邊有經驗的前輩,
幫我看看,有沒有更好的跳繩減脂方式呢?
