這一個月來我星期一到五天天都會去跳有氧
有時候一小時有時候兩個小時~
而且是會跳到全身瘋狂冒汗的境界
因為我一直以來都有運動的習慣~
只是最近從一星期兩天變成一星期五天
但是體重卻毫無進展~
所以我就開始了以前從不敢的方式...催吐
一開始只要手指一伸到喉嚨我就一整個不舒服~
所以會吐出比較多的東西~
但是我發現現在儘管我把手指深的很進去了卻還是吐不出東西
還搞的自己變的很容易胃脹氣:(
我其實知道是自己的飲食出了問題
但是我三餐都還是會吃
正常狀況會控制在一天1200~1400Kcal~暴走的時候大概破兩千了吧
(158cm, 55kg)
每天的飲水量最少有兩千以上
但是我還是有嚴重的便秘><
以下是我的飲食概況
早餐 起司蛋吐司(不加任何醬)
or 麵包一個
(發瘋時還會吃兩份早餐)
午餐 正常吃 (半碗飯+四樣青菜+主菜)
(發瘋時會有各飯後甜點)
晚餐 燙青菜*3份(一般滷味青菜的分量)..但因為時間關係大多是運動後吃
但是克制不住時 瘋狂亂吃
我發現自己一星期會有二~三天左右的暴走
像今天我就又失控了
中午吃完(1/3飯+三份青菜+五塊魯雞肉)又買了一條77乳加
晚上先是吃了一份炸地瓜(20元)一條芋簽
接著又啃了兩根小香蕉~明明肚子很撐了又啃了一顆芭樂
然後我就又自責的跑去催吐(但是吐不出東西)
運動完後又克制不住的去買了一個只包蔬菜的春捲
(自己為不加糖粉跟花生粉就沒熱量~><~)
吃完了春捲又喀了一個芭樂~
這種感覺真的好討厭~
明明知道自己不能再這樣下去
卻還一直不斷的重複這些事情
尤其是當覺得自己明明都有努力的運動了
卻還一直瘦不下來~真的很容易就灰心暴走
我真的生病了
好無助
