原po在國中的時候超肥
最肥到67公斤 身高也才155~156而已
上了高中之後因為跟同學打賭
以和尚減肥法(我是下午兩點以後不吃,兩點之前什麼都吃)
瘦到了49公斤,失戀的時候三天內還爆瘦到47過
但是49公斤的時候很神奇
如果我每天都運動 游泳阿健身房阿瑜珈阿
體重還是都不會變 但是可以一天吃四餐
(解禁了吃宵夜,而且都吃整整一個便當當宵夜)
但是體重還是不會降 線條也還好而已
所以我就對運動不是很愛
加上我自己本身就沒很喜歡運動 所以之後就不運動了(好廢
(而且手臂一直很肥 完全瘦不下來好想哭
沒想到 交了新男友之後太幸福
產生了所謂的不治之症 幸福肥QQ
從47到49 到51 到....60......
在體重計上差點崩潰阿好想撞自己的肥肉自殺
屁圍大了一圈 以前可是只有34的阿QQQ
腰圍根本不敢去看
現在雖然瘦回55了(吃了一陣子清淡素食
可是就很困擾 因為還是瘦不回來好想哭
運動的話很沒耐力
又沒辦法像以前一樣餓肚子了 該怎麼辦呢
手上有羅x纖 可是沒吃過又怕不好
不知道埋線好不好
也不知道有什麼運動會比較有效
因為瑜珈等等距離住處又好遠 其他事情有點多不允許
不知道該怎麼辦阿QQ
曾經驕傲的瘦子現在又變回胖子了
殘念......
