開始運動到今天差不多一個月,今天在健身房的時候突然想到,
我身高體重160/60,體脂率25%,所以我的脂肪重量是15kg
然後,我目標是想減到體重50左右,體脂率20%,可是這樣脂肪重量是10kg
所以扣掉需要減掉的體脂肪,剩下的5kg要從哪裡減?囧
再加上如果重訓有成,順利長肌肉的話,不就會更重了??
根據我鴿子腦袋的不專業推論是這樣算啦...
不曉得這樣算對不對?不對的話請鞭小力點 > <
所以我是要開始說服自己,我就是骨架大,只能砍掉重練嗎? QQ
