第一次PO文,不好請見諒
我是一位高三生,
身高:167,體重竟然高達"66"(最胖70),體脂肪:??(沒有量過)
有留學校晚自習,
所以就利用5~6點的吃飯時間去慢跑,
跑大約30分鐘,
高二下的時候也是利用那個時間去跑步,但是不吃晚餐,
後來我發現這樣復胖超快的!!
例如:前一陣子一直下雨,都沒有跑步,
所以就用那時間去吃晚餐,
結果之前減掉的體重都復胖回來了!!
所以現在決定跑完步後要吃晚餐(可是吃飯時間很短,只有15分鐘)
而我一天吃的份量如下:
早餐:無糖豆漿+飯糰(我已經吃這樣的組合有2.3個月了)
午餐:學校的營養午餐(肉都裝個2.3塊,菜就裝很多,飯大約便當盒的四分之ㄧ)
晚餐:喝的麥片+玉米片+水果(水果有時候會提早吃完)
宵夜:一顆(份)水果 (看那天回到家會不會很餓,不餓就沒吃)
然後我一天都會喝2000C.C以上的水
這樣我的減肥方法是健康正確的嗎!?
還有,跑步會壯小腿嗎!!?(很擔心這個問題)
