我這樣的減肥觀念對嗎? - 減肥

身高:1.75m
體重:68kg
BMI:(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:18%(在康是美量的)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:一杯燕麥(普通馬克杯)+麥當勞滿福堡+咖啡只加奶精
還有一早起來必定喝500c.c.以上的溫開水(其實就是一碗公啦,沒仔細算容量)
午餐:因為公司有提供午餐,但只有吃葉菜類跟一些肉類,白飯完全不吃
晚餐:一杯燕麥+烤地瓜1~2條
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:平常跑步3000~4000M(1週2~3次),
每天重訓伏地挺身30下,仰臥起坐40下,
啞鈴亂舉數下(其實是看心情舉啦,次數較不固定...囧)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1.如果我想體脂率降到10%以下,那麼代表我要減肥到62~63kg嗎?
因為68x0.08=5.4,而68-5.4=62.6
當然少吃加多運動,希望減的都是脂肪
請各位大大指教
