不同角度來看本文這個蛋糕:
如果以吃下肚之前來看,它是歸屬在碳水化合物或醣類或澱粉類隨便啦~
如果以成份及吃下肚之後的代謝情形來看:A、蛋白質佔51%
B、看得出是油脂的部份佔34.4%
C、看不出是油脂但易跳過代謝調控
合成脂肪的單醣佔11.6%
D、澱粉(多醣)佔2.9%≒約莫就兩口飯吧
這顆很簡單,根本是高蛋白兼高脂食物...
假設長期吃了這類把成份拆一拆 約莫只有兩口飯 且 歸屬在碳水化合物的食物之後
如果 導致肥胖或健康問題 => 全部都是澱粉的錯?╮(° □。)╯
