以前很胖,靠跑步瘦下來,但是離自己的目標還很遠
所以我一直保持著1天9~10KM的運動量
下毛毛雨我會帶帽子跑,這點家人免強可以理解
下大雨我是穿兩件式雨衣再跑
家人說沒必要這樣拼命
我也不知道為什麼,就是想跑步,管他颳風下雨我就是要跑
這算不算強迫症啊,有沒有版友跟我一樣瘋癲的..
