今天看到臉書上朋友在討論這個

我自己看是覺得很傻眼啦
尤其是少喝水這項
裡面我能贊同的大概只有吃七八分飽對胃是好的
只是我不了解所以也只跟朋友說多喝水比較好吧
他就說你不停停看怎麼知道不喝水不好
他今天是第一天實施
我說那你過幾天再跟我分享吧XD
