手肘有傷有辦法練二三頭嗎? - 健身

巨巨們大家好
今早跟一同事七點多重訓後直接上班
同事對重訓方面還只在初步理解
阿肥我看了他的健身房後大概列了一個簡單課程給他練全身
問題是在於他的手肘有傷
無法承受重量 類似推舉或拉
胸背肩方面至少還可以用cable機器綁上臂調整高度來練
那二三頭板上巨巨們有什麼建議不用手肘就能練的動作嗎?
