手腕跟前臂的問題 - 健身

每次重訓都有一樣的困擾
要練的肌群都還沒酸
前臂跟手腕就快掛了 囧
像是在做平舉、彎舉、臥推之類的動作
每次都是因為前臂痠痛到快不行了就停了
二頭、肩、胸都沒真正酸過
甚至回去之後手腕關節都會腫痛
熱水沖還會有刺痛感
有沒有人遇過像我這樣的問題呢?
還是說我該用什麼別的訓練方式改善這種情況?
