小弟有在拳館練拳,不過我不是科班出身也非選手,也沒有教練証
目前練到可打道館的練習賽而已
想說可以推廣一下拳擊也帶板友運動運動,體驗打手靶的感覺
(有種Thump boxing的課程就是以打手靶為主)
內容是跳繩搭配俯地挺身、抬腿跑等練心肺的運動
然後我會教一下出拳的基本方式跟腳步,就開始打手靶
(全力打,所以壓力大的歡迎XD)
我帶的強度會稍微高一點,對心肺的要求可能會比較多
因考慮到裝備及教學品質,我只打算帶兩人
地點有想過在板橋mega city對面公園,或台北交通方便的公園
時間就再討論吧,希望等寒流過後約個假日的中午
我純粹推廣拳擊運動,所以不收費喔,男女都可
PS:參加者自備跳繩、兩瓶裝滿水的寶特瓶即可
