小弟我現年30歲
9/5 0900打的AZ
禮拜三開始先去打排球3小時(睡眠7小時)
禮拜四睽違三個月的重訓 練胸日1小時(睡眠8小時)
禮拜五 練腿日1.5小時(睡眠2小時)
禮拜六打排球6小時 接著去朋友家吃火鍋 大約12點睡覺
隔天一早6點起床喝了杯乳清就去接種了
打完後48小時除了手臂有點酸什麼症狀都沒有(反而重訓後的隔日酸還比較痛苦)
可能我身體異於常人
