既然只要遵循有氧的道理
130 ~ 180 心跳
那我做仰臥起坐連續不停做半個小時,然後達到130 ~ 180 心跳也可以嗎?
因為一直騎腳踏車和跑步都好煩喔 XDDD
減肥期間的運動:
1.慢跑,四個月
2.騎X-BIKE,半年
可不可以用這三種,每天任選兩種來替換 ( + 我想要用 3.仰臥起坐來加入)
