冬天加上放假
悠閒賴在家裡看電視的下午就會很想一直抓東西來吃
吃完鹹的正餐就會想吃甜的點心,吃完點心就會想來個飲料(無限repeat*)
這時候最好抑制食慾的方法,就是趕緊出門運動 XD
我運動的時候完全不會嘴饞
運動完經過路邊的烤雞排攤也完全沒有吃的欲望
而且效果可以維持很久
我一直到晚上都不太餓,喝杯果汁吃點青菜就可以撐到睡覺哩
推薦給大家,別因為冬天毀了之前辛苦減肥的成果(其實也是對自己信心喊話XD)
