差不多這個強度的運動量,
就足夠維持生活所需肌力了。
爭論要停止確實這麼簡單,
但就是一堆傻子不相信。

: 所以到底是誰愚蠢?
當然是相信何老師的狂熱信徒比較愚蠢……
因為有達到上面強度的運動習慣,
就已經足夠維持生活所需肌力,
何老師的說法只是在販賣老化焦慮而已。
