三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:地瓜一顆+統一米漿
早點: 吐司一片或小餐包一個
午餐:自助餐 (三菜一湯,避油炸) or 炸醬麵 or 水餃(鍋貼)十個
午點: 芭樂一顆 或是 葡萄半串
晚餐:(運動前一個半小時) 麵包一個
其他:運動後 水煮蛋一個 (加少許海鹽)
日常作息時間:七點半起床,10點半睡覺
規律到不行的普通上班族
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
晚上八點,跑步+快走=45分鐘,收操10分鐘
跑步連續30分鐘不停,剩下時間快走
我的問題:
我一直維持著這樣的生活習慣快兩年了
這三個月來生病次數卻越來越多
前一陣子連續腸胃炎+胃病 三個月,去照胃鏡說是胃食道逆流,吃藥治療中
這三天眼窩痛到一個不行,醫生說是抵抗力下降導致細菌增生
加上我有乾眼症,所以細菌孳長
這些就算了,我的疑惑點是
我是絕對規律生活且 不油 不炸 不菸 不酒 不熬夜 不吃消夜的人
最近卻一直被醫生說抵抗力下降
想請各位指點我的飲食以及運動習慣是否要修正哪些部分??
加上我從不挨餓,少量多餐.............
誰來告訴我為什麼啊啊啊啊啊啊
