抽筋的問題 - 健身

不好意思
有幾個問題想請教大家一下
因為最近天氣比較熱
每次跑步汗都流超多
所以我都會邊跑邊補充水分
但晚上還是很容易抽筋
冬天沒這個問題
到這兩天真的隨便一個動作都可以抽筋....
半夜也抽,騎車也抽,打電腦打到一半也抽...
以前我都會吃香蕉
但前陣子因為腳底板受傷去看中醫
他叫我不要吃香蕉= =???
我有問他,吃香蕉不是比較不容易抽筋
但他似乎也沒給我解答..草草帶過
只說了什麼那些食物比較容易造成發炎之類的
想請問除了香蕉跟運動飲料
還有什麼可以補充電解質?
因為我不喜歡運動飲料的味道(覺得有塑膠味XD)
白開水加一點鹽巴可以嗎..?
