拉單槓可以改善脊椎側彎嗎? - 健身

從小坐姿不良,導致現在20幾歲了脊椎側彎很嚴重
最近聽從中醫師指示,常常去公園拉單槓,一天大概三次
早上上班前一次,中午休息時間一次,下班的時後一次,一次5秒鐘,共4次左右
醫生說全身放鬆,就雙手拉著不出力的吊著,讓背部肌肉放鬆
但是我的手掌沒多久就會痛,還會冒出小水泡 http://ppt.cc/DLpP
估計過不了多久就會變成繭了吧~ 醫生說可以戴手套,但我戴了還是會痛
有人脊椎側彎,拉單槓後有改善的經驗嗎??
