效率真的是挺快的,上週四購買,今天就收到DVD了~
已經洗好澡了,所以先稍微做一下有氧那片的前十分鐘~
前面幾乎都動到腰~
我以為會像跳其他有氧之後,會覺得腰很酸還是怎樣,結果不會~
久坐辦公室 + 這幾天MC來,腰本來是酸到不行~稍微動一下反而覺得放鬆很多~
我想呆會應該會很好睡~
陸陸續續把四片的內容稍微看過一遍~
看起來動作雖然都很簡單,但我想如果每天認真做一段時間的話,效果應該會不錯~
我本來就很容易同手同腳,容易打結,太複雜的動作反而覺得辛苦~
話說高中買的啞鈴,現在終於可以從抽屜裡拿出來用了~>////<
撇開音樂比較單調之外,這套我還挺喜歡的,最慢兩個月後會報告心得~
對了,我之前有看到有人在詢問有關膝蓋~
我覺得這套對膝蓋的部份應該不會有太大的影響喔~(我現在也是膝蓋很容易不舒服~)
