基代大概1300
早餐:一個起司三明治 +豆漿一杯
午餐:學校營養午餐 飯半碗 三個菜各一些些
水果一份(通常柳丁一顆~小番茄10粒~香蕉一根)
晚餐:以下擇其一
1.水餃六顆+酸辣湯
2.飯半碗+燙青菜一份(都是地瓜葉.空心菜.花椰.芹菜)+烤雞肉幾片
3.滷肉飯+燙青菜一份
4.炒米粉小份+燙青菜一份
水果通常是蓮霧兩顆或芭樂半粒或鳳梨半顆
其他:飲料一周頂多一次~零食不吃
日常作息時間:7:00~16:00上班
19:00~20:00 運動
23:00前入睡
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:上禮拜開始運動~
沒有下雨時一定快走一小時(大概6.5公里)
目前才剛快走五天而已
現在考慮如果下雨就騎X-BIKE一小時(轉速3 20-25公里)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
哀~交了男友後兩年肥了12公斤
最近發現很不愛照相
原來已經肥成跟某種動物一樣了
有股決心~要回到過去@@
請問大家以我的飲食與運動量
還有哪裡需要改進的呢?
拜託大家給我意見囉...
希望至少三個月後我能瘦個五-六公斤
