持續運動~體重卻不動.. - 美體

想請教大家令我疑惑的問題
從七八月就開始進行減肥計畫 雖然常因出遊而放縱一下
但沒出遊時 都會遵守少吃多動的原則
但是至今 體重幾乎沒甚麼改變
我比較希望自己健康減重 所以飲食方面
早餐大都是全麥吐司加蛋加菜 配上薏仁漿(或是鮮奶茶)
中餐吃和菜 飯量減半
晚餐 以清淡為主 仍會攝取少量澱粉 大多是滷味 或是subway之類
運動方面 這三周下來 一週大約運動五天 一次一小時
但不知道為什麼 體重仍沒甚麼改變
有聽說一開始運動會先長肌肉 所以會以為沒變
但真的是如此嗎? 我還需要做甚麼調整嗎??
