其實我一直都是偏瘦的體型,加上一直有運動的習慣(慢跑和籃球),朋友都覺得我
還算健康。但因為飲食習慣不佳(愛吃油炸、愛喝甜),長久下來也養成一顆圓呼
呼的肚子。運動也以有氧運動為主,沒有肌肉量下身體也沒什麼線條。
2014 年 8 月:68.2 公斤 體脂 19.6%

去年九月因為慢跑遇到了一些瓶頸,決定加入核心訓練來加強身體機能。每天大約
就是睡前做 30~40 分鐘的核心運動,加上適當的飲食控制,實行至今約 6~7 個月
效果並不驚人,但勉強可以接受...
*運動
1) 慢跑:月跑量約 200K (<= 已經持續約兩年,所以跟我瘦下來關係不大)
2) 睡前核心:每天 30~40 分鐘,以自身體重的核心訓練為主。內容不出 plank,
伏地挺身、N 種仰臥起坐。後期有買兩個 20 磅的啞鈴來舉。
*飲食
白飯改五穀飯、飲料一般只喝黑咖啡/無糖茶,有非油炸肉就選非油炸。週末聚會
就正常吃,一週破戒個一兩天對我來說還能接受。通常週末吃比較多,但因為會
同時也會練長跑的關係,就當做營養補給。
2015 年 4 月: 66.0 公斤 體脂 17.8% (-2.2 kg, -1.8%)

結果數據上看來體脂還是快 18%...算了 orz
