請問一下板上各位大大
你們都怎樣挑戰自己的極限阿??
舉例來說
像我二頭通常都做25P/12下 20P/12下 15P/12下 三組
(因為做越多越沒力= =+)
不過我維持這個強度大概2~3個月有了
曾經想偷偷挑戰30P~不過大概5~6下就掛了 = =+
這樣沒做到12下會不會不好阿??
還有大家都多久之後會開始加強自己的訓練重量勒??
例如我臥推最近都做45KG~持續約3個月
可是每次想挑戰再高一點 都會心有餘而力不足
大家會遇到跟我一樣的情況嗎??
還是我沒有竭盡全力 發揮所能
所以三個月的訓練其實沒什麼長進阿>"<?
