挺胸夾背,腹部該如何出力? - 健身

大家好,最近剛加入健身行列,
自己練了一個月後,決定購買教練課來學習正確姿勢
(題外話,有教練帶,會發現自己當初姿勢錯的多離譜XD)
雖然練得很累,但是也越來越有興趣,只是有一個問題
教練有叮嚀說:「不管做什麼訓練,都要記得挺胸夾背,腹部出力,腰才不會酸」
挺胸夾背自己在家的時候會利用夾毛巾的方式練習,漸漸抓得到背部的肌肉感覺
但是舉凡教練帶我做一些動作,例如深蹲+類似的姿勢
「都會提醒我腹部要收,要出力,不然腰會痠,屁股要夾,不要挺出去」
之前我只是以為自己腹部就沒力,也沒什麼太在乎,但是做完很多動作

(大概是圖中這個位置,會有兩條上下的肌肉很酸,不好意思不知道那叫做什麼肌)
但是照教練來說,有些動作我的這兩條不應該這麼酸,都是腹部沒出力
但是昨天教練叫我做 http://youtu.be/6eYxJHRhJEg 這個影片中的動作
做兩輪錯誤之後,之後教練叫我先不要做這個,不要把教練課時間卡在這個上面
說是要腹部出力,下半身才不會往前頂,屁股要往後坐
之前也滿多動作一開始不是很能感受到肌肉的出力方式,
但是會在家裡空手做,多練習幾次,下次去健身房的時候就會覺得更正確一些
想請問有沒有什麼動作可以在家裡練習「腹部如何出力」的
還有腹部出力是該「用力縮」、還是「用力凸」
