新陳代謝的問題讓我好困擾
我都覺得我身體是不是壞了
新陳代謝超級慢
一個星期通常會跳三~四天的有氧舞蹈(1小時)
也都有控制吃東西的熱量
經過長時間觀察下來
每次運動完隔天量體重可能會少個0.2kg
但是只要有一天晚上正常吃頓飯(如同事聚餐)
隔天體重馬上會上升0.5~1kg左右,屢試不爽
在加上假日會回家,就會正常吃
所以體重永遠都在那裡打轉
一到五瘦個不到1kg,假日吃個飯回來量就會胖個1.5kg左右
這個循環實在讓我受不了了,
讓我覺得我運動完隔天量的體重只不過就是脫水罷了
明明自已是個胖子(165/71kg)有運動體重應該會掉快一點呀!
但是為什麼會這樣 >"<
之前有看過減肥門診,醫生也說,我的體質是有點特殊
新陳代謝很慢,但因吃藥吃到有點怕了不想搞壞身體
還是覺得運動+控制熱量才是對的
每日喝水量約2000cc
週一至週五菜單:
早餐:(固定)
500cc微糖熱豆漿
(擇一)
義美芋泥饅頭*2
蒸地瓜約1.5拳頭大
蔓越莓養生乳酪麵包
鮪魚蛋餅
中餐:公司自助餐
半碗白飯(約五六口)
少量加起來不到一個拳頭大的青菜
主菜都常是:烤雞鴨or炸雞腿or魯控肉or豬肉片
下午茶:
會泡一杯即溶咖啡
蘋果*1
晚餐:(擇一)
雞肉粥(半碗)
魯味青菜(高麗菜,大陸妹,香菇,杏包菇)大小約1.5拳頭大
ps.五樣五十元的菜數量不會多到哪
生煎包2粒
青菜豆腐湯+五粒水餃+1/2燙青菜
六日菜單:(假日會回家就會正常吃飯)
早餐:(固定)
350cc豆漿
(擇一)
蘿蔔糕
花生吐司三片
水煎包2粒
午餐:半碗白飯+2~3樣青菜+湯
乾麵+海帶豆乾
晚餐:通常都是乾麵+湯+燙青菜
到底問題出來哪呀?
