我減肥好幾次,我運動不是問題
可以持續小小跑步跑很久的操場
可以每天去健身房運動1hr
但
我減肥好多次失敗的原因都是食慾太大
大概是正常人三倍
我一餐可以吃下炒麵+四樣菜的便當+80元的滷味+炸魷魚+皮蛋瘦肉粥
沒錯
平常的話我一餐都要吃正常人2~3份的量才會飽
10科水餃+滑蛋牛肉燴飯+自助餐(四樣菜)
我有時候覺得自己是否太誇張
而且一個月一萬都花在吃的上面
我這次真的一定要瘦下來
我個人對肉沒有愛好,但愛吃菜,不吃水果
唯一障礙真的是食慾問題
想問版友有沒有好的解決辦法?
大家想多買便當想多吃東西時都做了哪些動作
或是怎樣想法讓自己停止的????
