就是我每天都會喝很多水~起碼都有3000cc
奇異果香蕉燕麥地瓜我都有吃
偶爾也有吃酵素
但是就不會每天有便意
不知道為甚麼
是否有需要求助醫生
我都睡到中午正常吃午餐~之後可能配水果
晚餐偶爾吃生菜~水果
還是有更好的方法
如果要看醫生
該去哪裡看好~我是台北人
