跑步時膝蓋的防護 - 美體

原PO是個體重超過80Kg的胖子,為了強身健體,
最重要的是為了減體脂,最近半年來開始跑步,
距離約在四千到五千公尺,一週三到四次。
可想而知,這對膝蓋的負擔有多重!!所以每次跑完
膝蓋都會痛....但不至於無法走路,因為我都有熱身。
今天試著用護膝,是那種比較專業的,魔鬼氈那種,
跑之前用「擦勞滅」塗佈膝蓋小腿。
果然,跑的時候感覺就有點不一樣,感覺膝蓋那邊負擔沒那麼大,
加上擦勞滅的特性就是摩擦後會發熱,所以一整個過程,
膝蓋一直像被暖暖包包覆著...很舒服....
唯一的缺點是對速度上會有點阻礙。
以後跑步我大概都會用護膝,雖然麻煩些,但膝蓋軟骨是消耗品,
一定要好好保護。
