明天晚上有一個推不掉的聚餐
地點是火烤兩吃吃到飽 = ="
真的不想因為這一餐毀了最近的減肥計劃
所以想問看看
是不是在總攝取熱量不變的狀況下
我減少早餐跟午餐的攝取量
將所需要攝取的熱量放在晚餐吃
這樣對嗎?
