先說聲不好意思占了版面。
綜合前面兩篇文章 17973 這樣的體脂肪是多少
17984 為什麼運動很久還是沒有勻稱的腿
裡面的照片,可以非常明顯地指出我的問題~
這也是多年來一直都令我疑惑的...
請問可以只練出健美皇后那樣中間一條垂直的腹肌線嗎?
有些人說腹肌並不是像我以為的那樣可操控形狀的東西...
但還是想知道如果想避免出現"格子",只要中間那條線的話,
是不是有甚麼特殊的鍛鍊方式可以加強,又,
或是甚麼器材盡量不要使用嗎?
